Alternate Types
Extrusions

Extrusions (Unique)

Category: Chymos Texture
Species: Willow

This trait causes spine-like, extrusions to protrude from the chymos of a Willow. Unlike any other chymos texture, the extrusions themselves CAN have little holes in them.

Keep in mind, these ONLY apply to the chymos of a Willow - any spines on their fur would be considered spines!

Alternate Types
Scaled (Mangrove)

Scaled (Mangrove) (Required)

Category: Chymos Texture
Parent Trait: Scaled Texture (Rare)

No Ears

No Ears (Mutation)

Category: Pairing Mutations
Species: Willow
Phoebea says:
It's not often you see a Willow without ears. Thankfully, many schools offer to teach sign language for those who may need it, or wish to learn.

Unlike other genetic mutations, this one CAN be added with a Matcha tea! It just so happens that this trait can also be obtained through pairings, hence it's status as a Genetic Mutation.

Alternatively, no ears can take the shape of chymojewels.

Alternate Types
Albinism

Albinism (Mutation)

Category: Pairing Mutations
Species: Willow

Albino causes Willow's markings and Chymos to be light in color while retaining its traits. Rules:

  • Light fur and either no markings or all markings are light and mute in color
    • Manes, hair, eyebrows, etc. may be a darker or lighter color
  • Light Chymos, either off none of the sliders or off the light end of Earthy Soil
    • Albino Willows will keep the same Chymos trait despite the color and will pair with their current traits.
Melanism

Melanism (Mutation)

Category: Pairing Mutations
Species: Willow

Melanism causes Willow's markings and Chymos to be dark in color while retaining its traits. Rules:

  • Dark fur and either no markings or all markings are dark and mute in color
    • Manes, hair, eyebrows, etc. may be a darker or lighter color
  • Dark Chymos, either off none of the sliders or off the dark end of Earthy Soil
    • Melanistic Willows will keep the same Chymos trait despite the color and will pair with their current traits.
Piebald

Piebald (Mutation)

Category: Pairing Mutations
Species: Willow

Similar to Melistic and Albino willows, Piebald causes Willow's markings and Chymos to be dark and light in color while retaining its traits. Rules:

  • Dark and light fur and no markings outside of black and white splotches OR all markings are white/black and mute in color in their respective areas.
    • Manes, hair, eyebrows, etc. may be a darker or lighter color
  • Either: Black or White Chymos (not found on any slider), Earthy Soil Tint (no items needed), Dull-Colored Chymos (not found on any slider)
    • Piebald Willows will keep the same Chymos trait despite the color and will pair with their current traits.
    • You do not need the Patterns trait to create shapes inside their chymos, as long as they keep the black or white colors!
Third Eye

Third Eye (Mutation)

Category: Pairing Mutations
Species: Willow

Third eye grants a Willow... well... a third eye on their forehead! This eye can open sideways, or like their regular eyes.

Bark Body

Bark Body (Mutation)

Category: Pairing Mutations
Species: Willow

Parts of your Willow fur can be made of natural tree bark with this trait! These can also include branches and leaves on said body parts made of bark, which can be no larger than the Willow's arm.
This trait affects the FUR part of a Willow, NOT chymos. Only up to 50% of a Willow's fur can become bark!

Blind

Blind (Mutation)

Category: Pairing Mutations
Species: Willow

Unlike other genetic mutations, this one CAN BE ADDED FOR FREE! It just so happens that this trait can also be obtained through pairings, hence it's status as a Genetic Mutation.
