What Information Do We Have?

Only The Information You give.

In short: We only use the information provided by logging in and Cookies.

• Email
• On-site password. We ask that you create a password different to others if you're worried about online safety
• Your full birthday.  You do NOT have to display your birthday. By default it is hidden in your settings.
• Alias handles.  We do NOT have access to your alias' email or password. We are only given your username or publicly available information.
• Cookies, please read below

We do NOT have access to:

• Your linked alias' passwords, including personal access. It's linked for the sake of on-site leisure. We cannot log in.
• Your linked email address' password, we by no means have any way or intention to get into your email.
• Any unshared data, we do not know your address or name. Any disclosed by you is public information, so be wise.

We ask for nothing more. If an on-site user or staff member is coaxing you for your personal information, don't hesitate to open a ticket in our Discord or use the report feature on site.

We fully allow you to control and request your data:

• The removal of your data: You have a right to remove your data from our service. We may keep some information when deactivating your account. You may deactivate your account, remove or change your aliases, and more on your user settings.
• The viewing of your data: You have a right to ask Willows Grove to view your data provided to us.
• The editing of your data: You are fully allowed to edit any on-site data provided to us by you on our website without intervention.  Please note: We do NOT allow the fabrication of birthdates to agree with our 13+ age safety limit. 
• To know if we're utilizing your data for analytics, commerce, or processing.

We're dedicated on keeping your information free of tampering or collection. However, anything you post on your own will be publicly available to others, so please keep that in mind when sharing.

• Delete your data in your account settings. If you're requesting a hard-deletion of your data for any reason, please contact the admin team.
• See your data in your account settings. Your settings do not display your password. Please contact the admin team about concerns regarding the viewing of your data.
